Introduction
These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the use of SMS communications between you and BX Technologies Ltd and its US subsidiary, BX Technologies Inc., a UK-based agtech company registered at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. By providing your mobile number to BX, you agree to receive SMS messages from our team, in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Use of SMS
BX uses SMS messaging to coordinate meetings, calls, and provide customer support. Message types may include appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, support updates, and responses to your direct enquiries. All messages are service-related and non-marketing.

Providing Your Telephone Number
You affirm that the mobile number you provide is accurate and current. You confirm that you are the authorised user of that number. If your number changes, it is your responsibility to notify us by email at privacy@bx.tech before the change takes effect.

Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your number via form, email, in person, or other BX-managed channels, you consent to receive two-way SMS communications from authorised BX employees (including sales, customer operations, and account managers). You understand that these messages are not marketing in nature and are not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency
Message frequency depends on your engagement with BX:

• If you request contact (e.g. via form or email), we may send up to two messages in response before ending the SMS conversation without further reply.

• If you are an existing customer receiving support, BX may send up to ten messages per interaction to coordinate logistics before referring you to a phone call.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile provider for details about your SMS and data plan.

Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from BX at any time. Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. You may also email privacy@bx.tech to request removal. You will receive a final confirmation message.

Carrier Participation
BX messages are sent via 10-digit long codes using 3CX. Delivery may be affected by carrier limitations. Standard message and data rates apply. Some carriers may not support our service. BX and its carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Collection
In connection with this service, we may collect your mobile number, name (if provided), carrier, and message metadata (e.g. timestamp, message content). This data is used solely for providing and improving BX’s SMS communications.

Service Changes or Termination
BX reserves the right to modify or discontinue SMS communications at any time without prior notice.

User Responsibilities and Indemnification
You agree not to provide a phone number you do not own or control. You agree to indemnify BX against any claims arising from unauthorised use of a phone number or failure to notify us of number changes.

Eligibility
To receive SMS messages from BX, you must be at least 18 years old, own a mobile device with two-way messaging capability, and use a supported carrier.

Limitation of Use
SMS messages are for coordination and support only. Sensitive or regulated information (e.g. environmental data, project details, payment information) will not be shared via SMS. You may be directed to the BX platform or a secure call for such matters.

Miscellaneous
