  • SAM is our AI assistant that reads your audit questions and searches your BX account for the correct answers and evidence.
• Can I edit the answers SAM provides?
  • Yes. You always have full control to review, edit, or override any answer SAM suggests before finalizing the audit.
• How does SAM know the answer is true?
  • SAM uses “Evidence-Based Reasoning.” It only provides an answer if it can link it to a specific data point or document in your account.
• What if I don’t have the document required for a question?
  • SAM will flag that question in red or yellow. You can then upload the missing evidence directly in the audit module to resolve it.
• Can I do multiple audits at once?
  • Yes, you can have multiple drafts open for different certifications (e.g., GlobalGAP, Red Tractor) at the same time.
• What formats can I export the audit in?
  • You can export completed audits as PDF packets (including all evidence attachments) or as Excel spreadsheets.
• Does BX track my certificate expiry dates?
  • ]Yes. Once you upload your final certificate, BX tracks the renewal date and will alert you when it’s time to renew.
• Can I collaborate with my team on an audit?
  • Yes, multiple users with access to your account can view and contribute to draft audits.
• What certifications are available?
  • The “Suggested Audits” section shows certifications relevant to your region and commodities, but you can upload templates for almost any standard.
• Is my audit data shared with the auditor automatically?
  • No. You control the export. You generate the report package and send it to your auditor when you are ready.
