You can use the task status to track the progress of each task after adding it to your plan all the way through verification and completion.
Here’s what the different status’s mean:
In Progress
Once you add an action to your plan, it’s status will change to “In Progress” and you will have a defined number of days left to complete it and supply evidence.
If we need anything else from you, the task status will change to “Action Required” and we will reach out with our requests. Wondering what types of data we accept?
Verified
Once we have successfully verified the action against the steps to complete, the task status will change to “Verified” and the points will be added to your BX Score.
Cancelled
If the evidence does not meet our success criteria and you cannot provide further evidence to complete the steps, then the task status will be set to “Cancelled” and it will fall off your plan.
